How did you start your entrepreneurship journey? Do you have some advice for beginners?
I began my career in the digital world in the 1990s when the Internet was first emerging in our country. Recognizing its potential early on, I immersed myself in this evolving field, gaining over 25 years of experience in digital reputation management. My work has ranged from advising global corporations and government entities to assisting startups and top officials, honing my skills in integrated communications, brand auditing, and crisis management.
My passion for innovation and education led me to design and teach a course on digital reputation management at top universities, educating over 800 students. These experiences laid the foundation for my current venture — developing RCheckUP, a global digital agency specializing in comprehensive reputation analysis across all digital channels.
For beginners, I recommend practicing “Thoughtful Audacity.” Bold moves are essential in entrepreneurship, but they should be well-calculated. Taking risks with careful planning and consideration will help you navigate the challenges of starting a business and achieve long-term success.
What do you believe is the most crucial part of continuing business seamlessly?
I believe the most crucial aspects of maintaining seamless business operations are having the right team, committing to life-long learning, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Building a team of skilled and dedicated professionals ensures that your business can adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
Additionally, continuously learning and adapting to new technologies is vital. Don’t be afraid to try different approaches and innovate. Expanding your network of clients and partners also plays a key role in sustaining growth and ensuring your business remains resilient and competitive.
We saw that you are active as a leader in multiple companies. What are your goals through your companies and how do you plan to help individuals with it?
Our primary goal is to create a win-win situation for both brands and their users. At RCheckUP, we help brands build strong reputations by understanding and implementing what their audiences truly need and care about. By viewing interactions through the prism of audience perspectives, we reduce the distance between brands and their customers, transform how organizations interact with people, and ultimately increase trust in our clients.
Through our work, we aim to foster genuine connections and enhance the overall experience for individuals, ensuring that their needs are met while helping brands achieve their goals. This approach not only strengthens brand loyalty but also creates a more meaningful and engaging relationship between brands and their audiences.

Does employees’ energy and enthusiasm have a hand in business success? How do you plan to motivate your team to go the extra mile?
Of course, it does. Our managers shine with optimism and positivity, and I know I can rely on them to handle any task at any time. We prioritize the well-being of our employees, understanding that working in high-stress environments can take a toll.
To support our team, we provide psychologist sessions, encourage out-of-hours activities, and foster an inclusive culture where team members feel supported both professionally and personally. By creating a positive and supportive work environment, we motivate our team to go that extra mile.
How would you describe your leadership style?
I prefer the coaching leadership style. This management approach focuses on the long-term development of the team and unlocking each participant’s potential to achieve maximum productivity. By stimulating employee growth and asking them questions instead of simply providing answers, we foster an environment where both individuals and the team can grow, remain flexible, and achieve high results, especially when tackling non-standard tasks.
Did you face any challenges during your career span? If so, how were you able to overcome them?
One significant challenge I faced was entering the global market. The transition from a national to an international level required a complete restructuring of mentality and even lifestyle, along with a new approach to work. However, the effort has been worthwhile, as we are now successfully developing and thriving on the international stage.
Do you use innovative ideas to be unique?
Absolutely. One of the key innovations I developed is the Digital CheckUP methodology. Throughout my career in digital marketing, I’ve observed numerous brands struggling to manage their digital reputation effectively. What struck me was the frequent occurrence of partial or mismanaged responses to reputational threats, often resulting from an incomplete understanding of their digital presence across various platforms.
This realization led me to create Digital CheckUP. Traditional methods typically focus narrowly, monitoring perhaps one or two digital channels like social media or customer feedback platforms, without integrating the full spectrum of a brand’s digital interactions. Our comprehensive system encompasses feedback services, search engines, messaging apps, influencers, various media platforms, and both mass and social media. This holistic approach ensures that brands have a complete understanding of their digital presence, allowing them to manage their reputation more effectively and proactively.
Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?
My leadership is focused on continually advancing our ability to protect and enhance our clients’ brands in an increasingly competitive digital landscape. Our clients benefit from our comprehensive approach to brand protection, which includes effectively managing crisis situations and solving non-standard and strategic tasks.
