These Terms & Conditions govern your use of dubaiairportvip.com and the services we provide.
Booking Policy
– All services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
– Bookings are confirmed upon full payment.
– Changes or cancellations less than 24 hours before service time are non-refundable.
Services Scope
We act as a reseller and facilitator of VIP Airport Meet & Greet services at Dubai Airport, provided by licensed service providers.
User Responsibilities
– Provide accurate flight and personal details.
– Ensure compliance with airport and immigration regulations.
Payment Terms
– All prices are in EUR.
– Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized gateways.
Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service time are fully refundable (100%).
– No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of service time.
Liability Limitation
– We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines, airports, or third-party service providers.
– Our liability is limited to the refund of the service fee.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai Courts).
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
