Weather Forecast
The National Centre of Meteorology has forecasted fair to partly cloudy weather for the day, with the possibility of low clouds forming over some eastern areas and a chance of rainfall. Light to moderate winds are expected, occasionally freshening and causing blowing dust.
Temperature Outlook
The mercury could soar up to 31°C in certain parts of the country, while Abu Dhabi and Dubai may experience highs of 29°C and 28°C respectively. Conversely, temperatures could drop to as low as 17°C in Abu Dhabi, 18°C in Dubai, and 7°C in mountainous regions.
Impact of Rainfall
Following two days of unstable weather, residents across the country have resumed work, although some emirates continue to experience rainfall. Despite the return to normalcy in most areas, the East remains under the influence of rainfall, much to the delight of residents. Videos circulating online depict overflowing wadis in Fujairah and Sharjah, as well as flooded streets in Sharjah, showcasing the intensity of the heavy rains experienced in these areas today.
