People of Determination (PODs) can receive assistance at immigration checkpoints through GDRFA’s dedicated counters, where staff are qualified to handle physical and hearing impairments. In Departures, customers using wheelchairs will be escorted directly through the lane by an attendant. For Arrivals, airport staff will provide support, and signs will guide customers to the designated lane.
